Agency Openings: 


Major Gifts Officer (MGO)- BA in Marketing or Fundraising preferred & 5+ years donor experience required. $30-60K DOE. Previous applicants need not re-apply. Must pass criminal background check. The MGO works closely with the CEO and the Chief Marketing/Outreach Officer (CMO) to develop and implement strategies for meeting short and long-term goals of the major gifts program. The primary objectives of the MGO: first, to manage the Agency’s giving program including major gifts from all types of individuals, foundations and corporations; and second, to develop long-term relationships built on understanding of donors’ interests, passions and values. Bi-Lingual Crossroads Match Support Specialist- Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) is required. BA required. $29K. Must pass criminal background check. This position will assess teenagers and match them with adult mentors.  Case management experience is required.  The Crossroads program also provides two (2) activities per month for the matches.  Please send resume, application (below) and background consent form (below) to resumes@bbbs-cnm.org
