PT PieceWork Enrollment Specialist - BA req'd, bilingual preferred; availability to include early evenings and Saturday's is preferred. Exp with intake/interview assessments, relationship development with child and adult populations, and the understanding of child development and family dynamics. $8.75/hr, with the potential bonus of $30 per completed packet. ADA/EOE
FT Bilingual Enrollment Specialist - Bilingual (Spanish/English) and BA is required; Exp with intake/interview assessments for adult volunteers and child/families, relationship development with child and adult populations, and the understanding of child development and family dynamics. $29K ADA/EOE
FT Executive Assistant - BA and Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred; Executive Assistant exp required. Provide administrative support to CEO; including board development/ support, donor data entry/management, correspondence /appointments, and event planning/coordination. At the discretion of the CEO, may provide support to senior staff. Provides general office management and support; including IT and office machine support, procurement's, some front desk coverage, and more. Salary will depend on experience. ADA/EOE
FT Mentor 2.0 Support Specialist (Educational Liaison)- BA req'd; must pass federal background check; Classroom exp (esp with high-school aged students), and the understanding of child development & family dynamics. The breakdown of the position is approx: 30% classroom, curriculum-based instruction; 10% administrative/event planning; and 60% monitoring & relationship building between the adults and teenagers.
