Angela Reed Padilla
Chief Executive Officer

Angela Reed Padilla is Chief Executive Officer of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central New Mexico, the nation's premier mentoring organization.  She joined the forty-year-old agency in October of 1996, where she has been engaged in grateful service for over 15 years.

Reed Padilla has dedicated her life to the vision that all children in New Mexico who face adversity can achieve success in life.

Reed Padilla is a former Big Sister. She is a graduate of the University of New Mexico, with a Masters Degree in Public Administration. She also holds a Bachelors Degree from Western Washington University in Education, with a concentration in Human Services. Prior to her service with Big Brothers Big Sisters, she worked for the Pueblo of Isleta in Social Services, and for the Private Industry Council in Bellingham, WA as a job coach.

Alan Wilson
Chief Operations Officer

Alan is the COO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central New Mexico since March of 2009. This is a second career for Alan, who worked for 29 years at UPS as an Operations Manager, Employee Relations Manager and Labor Relations Manager.

During his tenure at UPS, Alan learned the importance of goal setting, close collaboration with people in order to achieve those goals and the importance of being able to measure progress towards those goals. As he researched non-profit career opportunities, it became apparent that Big Brothers Big Sisters not only had the ability to do all of the above, but was able to utilize these organizational strengths very effectively in the process of pursuing their mission. He is very happy to have become a contributor to the Big Brothers Big Sisters mission.

Alan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts Degree from the University of New Mexico.

Jane Midgley
Chief Development Officer

Prior to becoming Chief Development Officer of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central New Mexico, Jane Midgley was a Gifts Officer for the College of Arts and Sciences, University of New Mexico. She has been a non-profit executive and a strategic planning and fundraising consultant to non profits around the U.S. She is a business and personal coach certified by the International Coach Federation, and has coached executives and managers in the non-profit arena, and individuals from all walks of life.

Jane hold a Bachelor's degree in English from Carleton College and currently volunteers as a Big Sister.

Roa Jennings
Chief Program Officer

Rosa Jennings is Chief Program Officer and has been with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central New Mexico for over seven years. Rosa has been a Big Sister for over 6 years and is currently matched. Rosa graduated from New Mexico State University with a Bachelor’s of Arts (double majoring in Government and Sociology with a supplemental major in Law and Society) and a Master’s of Public Administration (concentration in management). Rosa loves working for Big Brothers Big Sisters because of the proactive nature of the mission- providing children with mentors to guide them and encourage them so they can succeed in life and not go down the wrong path of dropping out of school, getting involved with the juvenile justice system, or becoming teen parents.

During her free time Rosa enjoys scrapbooking and competes in ice skating competitions locally, regionally, and nationally.
